Mango Lassi – With frozen mangoes

Mango lassi – YUMMY!!

Lassi is an Indian yoghurt drink. Originally it was a mixture of yoghurt, salt and other spices. The Tamils make a thinner version, called mor/moar, which is my faveourite sour yoghurt drink. When it comes to lassi, I prefer the one with mango. I have now made it several times, and we love to drink it now and then ๐Ÿ˜‰

Dalgona Chocolate

We know Dalgona Coffe – the yummy korean coffe drink that took the the world by storm. We’ve seen many on social media posting pictures of their dalgona coffees. Even I’ve made it 2-3 times. Notably, my brother loves it ๐Ÿ˜‰

Today I made another attempt, and I call it Dalgona Chocolate. Its taste reminds pretty much of the Mathilde Chocolate Milkshake. Creamy ๐Ÿ™‚

Pickled Onions

Pickled onions is nowadays something that can be eaten with almost anything that’s not sweet; let it be salads, sandwich, cheese, burger, soups and other warm meals. I love pickled onions as much as I love the tamil achcharu ๐Ÿ˜‰ And guess what?? I can even eat pickled onions with rice & curry ๐Ÿ˜‰
